Victoria Sampors Chiek is a 26-year-old follower of Christ, Christian singer/worship leader based in Revere, Massachusetts. Born and raised in Saugus, Massachusetts and Lynn, Massachusetts, she graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Anthropology from Stanford University. During her undergraduate career, Victoria proved to be an outstanding talent in vocal performance, creative writing, anthropology and ethnography, intellectual thought, and academic writing among other disciplines. She interned at the renowned Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and conducted over 65 ethnographic interviews, contributing to her dissertation-length Honors Thesis. In 2020, she won the Chappell Lougee Scholarship, which she used to create Coloring Cambodia, an online archive of Khmer women's experiences with colorism. Upon graduation, she was awarded the single Joseph H. Greenberg Prize for Undergraduate Academic Excellence by the Department of Anthropology. Victoria thoroughly enjoyed her time at Stanford, was a notable member of Stanford Everyday People A Cappella, and cheered on the Stanford Cheerleading Team. Before college, Victoria led worship at her local church for six years, was Valedictorian of her high school graduating class, won First Place at the ISI Figure Skating World Championships in her division, won First Place at Pop Warner Cheer & Dance Nationals for the Saugus Sachems, and was a Semifinalist at Miss Massachusetts Teen USA.
Following undergrad, she moved to New York City where she attended The New School's School of Jazz and Contemporary Music in 2023 and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in 2024. In 2025, Jesus radically intervened in her life and renewed a backslidden relationship that began in 2011 when she was born again in Jesus Christ. Since then, she quit secular music and committed her entire life to serving God which is advancing the kingdom of Jesus Christ. Victoria is a fundamentalist Christian who lives by every word of the Bible, believes that Jesus is the Christ, and that He will be coming back very soon. She would like to be an active evangelist and so welcomes and entreats prayer requests, requests for healing, and opportunities to use her gift of the Holy Spirit, which is the distinguishing of spirits.
Victoria's biggest skills are all-encompassing prodigiousness and emotional intelligence. She is overall extremely talented and her skill is being able to master and attain any skill. As a child, she was extremely precocious, teaching herself to read and write by the age of 4. She is able to understand any way of thinking, which translates into any skill and discipline. However, her greatest assets are her pure heart and honesty, and these are all blessings from God.
Today, you can find her reading the Bible, playing the piano, singing Christian music, figure skating, dancing ballet, drawing and painting in her studio, skiing, exercising, cooking, or doing her makeup.
Victoria is currently employed at H&R Block and Lexington Singapore School. In addition, she is currently enrolled at Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
